Job Title: Registered Nurse – NICU
Location: Livingston, NJ
Facility: Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center
Start Date: October 12, 2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Schedule: 3x12 Hours

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience required
• Must have documented NICU Level III experience
• Must have documented PICU experience/skills in employment history
• First-time travelers are accepted
• BLS and PALS required
• NRP highly preferred
• EPIC charting experience
• Experience caring for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients

Required Clinical Skills

• NICU Level III experience
• Ventilator management including AC/PC, SIMV, CPAP, BiPAP, and PEEP
• UAC and UVC management
• Arterial line management
• Central and implanted line care
• IV therapy and IV vasopressors
• Neonatal feedings including bottle, breast, and gavage
• Oral/NG/NJ tube placement and management
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome
• Administration of neonatal medications, steroids, and surfactants
• Isolation precautions and PPE
