Shift: Nights – 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3x12 Hours
Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience required
• Med/Surg experience required
• First-time travelers accepted with 24 months of nursing experience
• Patient ratio: 1:6
• Epic charting experience
• BLS and NIHSS required; pending certifications may be accepted
• CPI preferred
• Experience with rapid response activation

Clinical Skills

• IV therapy, IV insertion, and phlebotomy
• Peripheral and PICC line management
• Central line blood draws
• Blood product administration
• Chest tube management
• High-flow nasal cannula and oxygen therapy
• Non-invasive airway management and oral suctioning
• Colostomy/ileostomy and feeding tube care
• CVA/stroke care
• Heparin, insulin, and PCA management
• Isolation precautions and PPE
• Wound care and wound VAC
• Pre/post-hemodialysis management
• Renal failure care
• Surgical drain management
