Experience: 2+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience Charting: Cerner required Patient Assignment: Point-system utilized Hospital: Community hospital experience preferred Trauma: Level I & II preferred Travel: Not required Certifications: BLS & RRT required; ACLS, NRP & PALS preferred Clinical Areas: Adult critical care, ED, pediatrics; NICU/Pediatric Critical Care preferred Core Skills: Ventilator management, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, ABGs, airway management, intubation/extubation and trach care Pediatric/NICU: Bubble CPAP, neonatal ventilation, high-risk delivery and neonatal transport experience preferred Additional: Level 2 nursery experience preferred; respiratory medication administration and pulmonary hygiene skills required
