CRNA  Location: Indiana Schedule: Day coverage 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; late room coverage 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (10 hour day on Wednesday) Call: Overnight call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM every third night; OB call required; late room coverage has no call; call response time 20 minutes Setting: Hospital coverage with MDs on site and limited supervision (as noted) Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available EMR: Cerner Position Overview<ul><li>Locum tenens CRNA coverage for a mix of OR and OB cases</li><li>Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required</li><li>Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)</li></ul> Clinical Scope<ul><li>Endoscopy</li><li>OB and GYN</li><li>Pediatrics</li><li>Urology</li><li>ENT</li><li>General surgery</li><li>Orthopedics</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul><li>Active Indiana license</li><li>Indiana Patient Compensation Fund enrollment required</li><li>Required certifications as specified by the site</li><li>Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.</li></ul> Credentialing<ul><li>Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days</li></ul> Additional Notes<ul><li>Vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions may be accepted (as noted)</li></ul> Benefits<ul><li>Malpractice insurance coverage</li><li>Weekly electronic pay</li><li>Refer and earn program</li></ul>
