Description
We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele RN to provide quality nursing care to patients with various medical and cardiac conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
- Perform assessments and monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor telemetry strips and report abnormal findings promptly.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient education.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience preferred.
- Active RN license.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
