Description

Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (Med/Surg RN) – Night Shift

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Hours Per Week
- Weekend & Holiday Protocol: Every-other-weekend (EOW) and every-other-holiday (EOH) rotations required.
- On-Call Protocol: No on-call requirement.
- Floating Protocol: Required to float onsite within skill set or to affiliate facility sites within a 40-mile radius as needed.
- Infection Control Policy: Strictly no artificial/acrylic nails; natural nails must be kept short (less than 1/4 inch).

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of recent Med/Surg clinical RN experience required [HARDSTOP]. Must have completed prior travel RN experience [HARDSTOP].
Telemetry Competency [HARDSTOP]: Must have a strong telemetry background with proven competency in reading and interpreting cardiac telemetry rhythms [HARDSTOP].
EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Wisconsin State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification [HARDSTOP].
