Description

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Night Shift

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Hours Per Week
- Weekend & Holiday Protocol: Every-other-weekend (EOW) and every-other-holiday (EOH) rotations required.
- On-Call Protocol: No on-call requirement.
- Floating Protocol: Required to float onsite within skill set or to affiliate facility sites within a 40-mile radius as needed.
Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract | 1 Open Position
Location Region: Wisconsin (WI)

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 3+ years of recent clinical ER experience with prior travel experience OR 5+ years of clinical ER experience in a high-volume/large ED if no prior travel experience [HARDSTOP].
EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Wisconsin State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred/required per emergency scope.
