Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Night Shift

• Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
  • Weekend Protocol: Weekend rotation required (every other or every third, dictated by department needs).
  • On-Call & Floating Protocol: No call required; no floating to other units.
  • Attire & Orientation: Navy Blue scrubs with non-slip shoes. 8 hours of non-billable orientation (guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation).
  • Cancellation Policy: Facility may call off up to 12 hours per 13-week assignment.

• Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of recent clinical ER nursing experience required [HARDSTOP]. (Prior travel experience strongly preferred).
• Clinical Skill Set [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical competence in ESI triage, trauma resuscitation, code response, continuous cardiac monitoring, vascular access/blood draws, advanced medication administration, and stroke care across all age demographics (birth to death) [HARDSTOP].
• Radius Restriction [HARDSTOP]: Strict 100-mile radius rule enforced. Local candidates residing within 100 miles are strictly not accepted [HARDSTOP].
• State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Delaware State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
• Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
  • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — AHA ONLY) certification [HARDSTOP].
  • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support — AHA ONLY) certification [HARDSTOP].
  • Active TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification [HARDSTOP].
  • Active NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification [HARDSTOP].
• EMR Proficiency: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR required.
