Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (Med/Surg & Tele RN) – Night Shift
- Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Hours Per Week
- Staffing Ratios: 1:6 patient ratio (Days, Nights, and Weekends).
- Weekend Protocol: Every-other-weekend coverage required.
- Floating Protocol: Floating is required to meet operational hospital needs.
- RTO Protocol: Maximum of 1 pre-approved time off request allowed per contract.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 1+ years of recent clinical RN experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry [HARDSTOP]. First-time travelers accepted.
- Clinical Skill Set & Dysrhythmia Management [HARDSTOP]: Must have proven competence in cardiac telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, dysrhythmia management, emergency cardiac response, and peripheral IV line management [HARDSTOP].
- EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Radius Restriction [HARDSTOP]: Strict 50-mile radius rule enforced. Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are strictly not accepted [HARDSTOP].
- State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active New Jersey State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
- Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
