Description

Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) – Rotating Shift (8/10/12-Hour Shifts)

  • Schedule: Rotating Shifts | Variable 8-, 10-, or 12-Hour Shifts | 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week | Sunday – Saturday Work Week
    • Shift Flexibility: Schedule varies based on unit coverage needs (posted 4 weeks in advance); candidates must be agreeable to all shift lengths and types.
    • Weekend & Holiday Protocol: Rotating weekends and holiday coverage strictly required.
    • Call Protocol: On-call coverage is not required but is available.
    • Floating Protocol: Required to float to affiliate CHA clinical sites as needed (will not float to more than one facility site per day).
    • RTO Protocol: All requested time off (RTO) must be included at time of submission (no post-confirmation RTO will be approved).
    • Vaccine Policy: Seasonal Flu vaccination strictly required.
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract.
  • Location Region: Massachusetts (MA) | Both Travel and Local Candidates Accepted (Locals within 50 miles subject to an less rate reduction).

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of recent clinical Radiologic Technologist experience required [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License strictly required at time of submittal [HARDSTOP].
  • Registry Credentials [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active ARRT (R) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification strictly required at time of submittal [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
  • Clinical Skill Set & Surgical Competency [HARDSTOP]: Proven competence across all general diagnostic X-ray imaging modalities: Inpatient, Outpatient, Orthopedics, Fluoroscopy, Bedside/Portables, and Operating Room C-Arm procedures [HARDSTOP]. Must be adaptable across multi-vendor X-ray equipment platforms.
  • Former Employee Restriction [HARDSTOP]: Candidates cannot have previously worked as a permanent staff employee at any Cambridge Health Alliance facility [HARDSTOP].
  • Submission Artifacts [HARDSTOP]: Up-to-date resume showing 2+ years of specialty experience, 2 recent Manager/Supervisor references in matching specialty, matching Skills Checklist, Driver's License with address matching profile demographics, and active MA license/ARRT proof [HARDSTOP].
  • EMR Proficiency: Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
