Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Schedule & Requirements
- Must live 50 miles away.
- 5 × 8-hour day shifts.
- Must be available to work one holiday, if needed.
- Candidate must have experience in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation. Do not submit without this experience.
Job Description
We are looking for a PT with coursework from Herman and Wallace and/or APTA in pelvic health and work experience in pelvic health preferred.
We see all genders over age 18.
The assigned caseload will be 100% pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Completed post-graduate instruction is a requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapy Experience – Required: 2 years.
- Degree in Physical Therapy – Required.
- BLS – Required.
- PT License – Required.
- State Licensure – Required.
- Primary Source Online Verification – Required.
Preferred Qualification
- First Aid certification – Preferred.
