RN Long-Term Care – Days - Critical care

Location: Meeker, Colorado
Start Date: ASAP

Candidate Profile to Prioritize

Target an experienced LTC RN with 4+ years of patient-care experience, an active unrestricted CO license, and BLS. Candidates should be comfortable with a 1:5 ratio, day shifts, holiday coverage, and working in a smaller/critical-access setting.

Must-Have Requirements

Active, unrestricted Colorado RN license
BLS required
Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
Patient-care experience required
4+ years experience preferred/required per job profile
COVID vaccination required per state mandate
Must be willing to work holidays — no holiday RTO
Traveler’s permanent address must be 65+ miles from the facility
Local candidates will not be considered
