🔥 WEEKEND DAY-SHIFT INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY (IR) TECH CONTRACT – ASCENSION COLUMBIA ST. MARY’S
First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel contract opening for an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Lake Michigan Shoreline). Operating within the specialized interventional vascular, body, and neuro-interventional suites at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Milwaukee, this position features a blocked 3x12 weekend daytime schedule (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 07:00 AM - 19:30 PM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM). If you are an ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with solid acute care IR procedural background—particularly with Neuro IR experience—looking to earn a high-yielding $3,232/week with maximum tax-free stipends, this premier Wisconsin contract is built for you!

- Hourly W2 Rate: $47.00/hr (36 regular hours)

đź“… SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Weekend Day shifts, 3x12-Hours (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 07:00 AM - 19:30 PM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM). Blocked weekend schedule.
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
- On-Call & Holiday Coverage: Standby on-call based on operational department needs. Holiday call coverage required for two (2) holidays across the 13-week contract.
- Procedural Scope & Caseload: Circulating and scrubbing diagnostic and therapeutic interventional radiology cases, peripheral vascular interventions, embolizations, angioplasties, stenting, biopsies, drainages, and vascular access line placements. Neuro IR experience is highly preferred.
- Equipment & Systems: Advanced digital fluoroscopy, angiography imaging systems, sterile field coordination, radiation safety protocols, and Epic EMR.
- Floating Scope: Float on-site within clinical skill set, or to regional Ascension facilities within 40 miles if operationally required.
🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated acute care Interventional Radiology (IR) technologist experience is required (Neuro IR experience strongly favored).
- Licensure: Active Wisconsin State Radiographer License in hand.
- Certifications Required:
- ARRT Certification in Radiography: ARRT(R) required; Vascular Interventional ARRT(VI) or Cardiac Interventional ARRT(CI) preferred.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS).
- EMR Requirement: Epic charting proficiency is required.
