🔥 DAY-SHIFT INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY (IR) TECH CONTRACT – ASCENSION COLUMBIA ST. MARY’S
First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel contract opening for an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Lake Michigan Shoreline). Operating within the advanced interventional vascular, body, and neuro-interventional procedural suites at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Milwaukee, this position features a desirable 4-day procedural schedule (07:30 AM - 17:00 PM / 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 9-hour shifts). If you are a credentialed ARRT (VI) Radiographer with strong procedural IR skills—specifically with Neuro IR background—looking to earn $3,152/week with maximum tax-free stipends, this premier Wisconsin contract is built for you!

- Weekly Gross: $3,152.00
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,568.00
- Hourly W2 Rate: $44.00/hr (36 regular hours)
- Overtime Rate: $66.00/hr
đź“… SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Day shifts, 4 days per week, 9-hour shifts (07:30 AM - 17:00 PM / 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
- On-Call Structure: Department call rotation based on unit operational needs:
- 1–2 weekday shifts per week.
- Every 3rd weekend on-call coverage.
- Rotational holiday call required (minimum 2 holidays per 13-week contract).
- Procedural Scope & Caseload: Circulating and scrubbing vascular interventions, angioplasties, stenting, thrombectomies, embolizations, biopsies, line placements, and drainage procedures. Neuro IR experience is highly preferred.
- Equipment & Systems: High proficiency with advanced digital angiography equipment, sterile field setup, radiation protection protocols, and Epic EMR.
- Floating Scope: Float on-site within clinical skill set, or to sister Ascension facilities within 40 miles if operationally required.
🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- Experience: 2–3 years of dedicated acute care Interventional Radiology (IR) technologist experience preferred. Prior travel experience is required.
- Licensure: Active Wisconsin State Radiographer License in hand.
- Certifications Required:
- ARRT Certification in Radiography: ARRT(R) and ARRT(VI) required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS).
- EMR Requirement: Epic charting experience is required.
