Description
Facility: MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital (Acute Inpatient Rehab)
Location: Clive, IA 50325 (1401 Campus Drive)
Contract: 13 weeks | Start: 9/14/2026 | End: 12/14/2026
Schedule: Days 7:00a–7:00p | 36 hrs/week (full-time)
Openings: 1 | Interview: Required
Unit/Setting: 50-bed inpatient acute rehab (stroke, brain injury, neuro, SCI, amputation, trauma/ortho)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehab setting
- Support patients through recovery/rehab plans
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient status changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team
Requirements:
- Active LPN/LVN license (Iowa / eligible)
- 2 years recent nursing experience
- BLS/CPR
- Rehab/acute/inpatient experience preferred
