Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of emergency or acute care experience.
• Current certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC (from AHA).
• Proficiency in trauma, stroke, STEMI, sepsis, and other critical-care protocols.
• Strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with ER-specific procedures such as ultrasound-guided IVs and blood warming.
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records system.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• RN with an ADN degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of emergency department experience preferred to ensure readiness for diverse and complex cases.

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to work a 12-hour night shift (7P - 7A) with a guaranteed 36 hours weekly.
• Ability to work at least two weekends per schedule.
• Must be comfortable with the physical demands of emergency nursing and working in a fast-paced environment.
