Job Overview

• Shift: 4x10-Hour Days (07:00 – 17:30, M–F with 1 rotating weekday off per week)

  
   

• Experience Required: 2+ years of experience

  
   

Licensure & Certifications

• Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, ARRT

  
   

• State License: Kentucky (KY) license required. Will consider candidates willing to apply immediately upon job offer acceptance (must apply the day of acceptance).

  
   

Call Requirements

• Frequency: 8–15 days of call per month; 1 weekend every 3 weeks

  
   

• Response Time: Must respond within 30 minutes for STEMI alerts

  
   

• Call Team Structure: 2 RNs + 1 Rad Tech

  
   

Lab & Clinical Details

• Facility Setup: 2 Cath Labs + rotation in EP Lab

  
   

• Volume: 8–10 procedures per day; 6–8 STEMI cases per month

  
   

• Access Points: Radial and groin access used

  
   

• Scrubbing/Equipment Provided: Scrubs and lead apron provided

  
   

• Floating: Required within professional scope

  
   

Key Responsibilities & Equipment

• Table panning and scrubbing diagnostic/interventional cardiology cases

  
   

• Assisting with specialized devices: Shockwave, Balloon Pump, Impella, EKOS, Penumbra, ACIST injector

  
   

• Device implants: Single, dual, and Bi-V Pacemakers & ICDs

  
   

• Peripheral diagnostics and interventions

  
   

• EP Lab cross-training (ablations) available

  
   

Submission & Contract Guidelines

• Eligibility: Must live 75+ miles from the facility (no local candidates considered)

  
   

• Offer Turnaround: Assignment confirmation due within 24 hours of offer

  
   

• Submission Packet Requirements: Must include a copy of a current/valid Driver's License and ARH coversheet

  
   

• Orientation: Held bi-weekly

  
   

• Note: Staffing ratios may vary based on census
