Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in your state of employment or a valid compact license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and De-Escalation certifications through AHA
• At least 1 year of experience in a related high-acuity nursing setting
• Ability to work 7 PM to 7 AM night shifts, with a flexible, dedicated approach to patient care

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with trauma cases (not trauma-designated unit)
• Prior experience in stroke, cardiovascular, or behavioral health emergency response

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience working in high-pressure emergency environments or critical care units

Additional Requirements:

• Successful completion of organizational orientation and competency validation within the first 30 days
• Ability to handle a heavy workload, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively
• Physically capable of meeting the demands of a high-acuity environment
