Description
Inpatient Hematology/Oncology & Cellular Therapy Registered Nurse (Oncology RN) – Rotating Shift
- Schedule: Rotating Shifts | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Per Week
- Staffing Ratios: 1:3 to 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio across a 30-bed, 3-pod unit.
- On-Call Protocol: No on-call requirement.
- Floating Protocol: Required to float to other inpatient oncology units within the facility as needed.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of clinical Inpatient Oncology RN experience required [HARDSTOP].
- Specialized Clinical Scope & Complex Therapies [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical management experience with hematologic malignancies, Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), cellular therapies, cellular product administration, and Phase I-IV clinical trial protocols [HARDSTOP]. Must have documented experience caring for primary diagnoses of leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and mixed solid tumors.
- Technical Equipment & Telemetry Competency [HARDSTOP]: Hands-on proficiency with continuous Telemetry monitoring, PCA pumps, blood warmers, bladder scanners, and Baxter IV pumps strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Massachusetts State RN License strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate preferred/required per inpatient oncology scope.
