Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
Shift: Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: Average of 14 patients per day

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team. The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assess physical abilities, mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate physical therapy interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, treatment plans, and strategies for continued improvement.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes.
• Manage an average caseload of approximately 14 patients per day while maintaining quality and patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care.
