<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Northwood Elementary is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students with speech, language, and communication needs. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and collaborate with the school team to help students achieve their communication goals.<br /><br /><strong>Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Florida<br /><strong>Facility:</strong> Northwood Elementary<br /><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $40–$45/hour<br /><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday<br /><strong>Shift:</strong> 8:00 AM–4:30 PM<br /><strong>Contract:</strong> 1 Year</p><h3> </h3><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide speech and language therapy services under SLP supervision</li><li>Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans</li><li>Work with students individually or in small groups</li><li>Track and document student progress</li><li>Assist the SLP with assessments and therapy activities</li><li>Collaborate with teachers and school staff</li><li>Maintain accurate service records</li><li>Follow school and professional guidelines</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Active Florida SLPA license/registration as required</li><li>Appropriate SLPA credentials</li><li>School-based experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work Monday–Friday</li><li>Must meet facility and compliance requirements</li></ul>
