Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, teachers, and families.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and ongoing care needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• SLP State license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred/required, depending on the facility.
• Previous healthcare, SNF, rehab, hospital, or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills.
