The WMC permit is available monthly. WMC Monthly Permit: 24/7 access to the Wexner Medical Center Garage $224.80/month or $748.58 per 100 days. WB Annual Permit: 9th Avenue East and West Garages on weekends and holidays; West Campus WB/WC lots 24/7 with shuttle service $196.20/year. CXS Annual Permit: 9th Avenue East and West Garages on weekends and holidays; Buckeye CX and West Campus lots 24/7 $393.96/year.WB Parking Details: Parking is available in West Campus Carmack Lots 2 and 3, approximately 1.7 miles from OSU Wexner Medical Center. The Pink Shuttle runs every 3 5 minutes during peak times and reaches the medical center in approximately 8 9 minutes. Weekend garage access is available from Friday at 2:00 p.m. through Monday at 8:00 a.m. Outside those hours, regular hourly garage rates apply.Refund Information: Prorated refunds may be available for unused future months on annual permits. Current and prior months are not refundable. Cancel by 6:30 p.m. on the last business day of the month to avoid the next charge. Detailed instructions will be sent to the candidate by the Credentialing team. RTO required with submission, must be built into contract Locals are accepted at the same rate Reference Requirements: 2 professional references are required. At least 1 reference must be from a manager/director or someone in a formal leadership capacity (e.g., a supervisor). Charge RN acceptable for 2nd reference. No coworker references accepted. Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more Current employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location RNs- must have valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission. MRI techs - submittals without OH license are acceptable. Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
