Description

Job: Echo Tech
Facility: Saint Vincent Hospital
Location: Worcester, Massachusetts
Shift: 06:30 AM–05:00 PM
Job duties

Performing echocardiograms/cardiac ultrasound procedures using the department's established protocol.
Assisting with TEE (transesophageal echocardiography) procedures.
Assisting with stress testing and obtaining diagnostic-quality cardiac images.
Prioritizing studies based on patient acuity, patient preference, and coordination with nursing/ancillary services.
Performing EKGs, ensuring proper lead placement, minimal artifact, and accurate patient information.
Setting up and scanning Holter monitors and providing tracings for physician interpretation.
Performing other related duties as assigned.

Required:

2 years of experience.
RDMS, RDCS, or RCS certification.
