Corrections RN – Days
13-Week Travel Assignment | Columbia, SC
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Corrections assignment. This is a great opportunity for an RN with Corrections, Acute Care, or Behavioral Health experience looking for a consistent day shift.
Assignment Details
- Start Date: 9/28/2026
- Next Start Date: Tentatively 10/12/2026
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 3 × 13-hour shifts
- Shift: Days | 6:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Hours: 39 hours/week
- Orientation: 5 days starting 9/28
- Credentialing: 7–10 days
- OT: Available after 40 hours
- Float: None
- On-Call: None
- Weekend: Every other weekend required
- Holidays: Required
- RTO: Limited
- Extension: Available
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corrections or Acute Care required
- Behavioral Health experience may be considered
- BLS and ACLS required
- Active RN license
- Clinical screen required prior to submission
- COVID vaccine: Not required
Pay
Travel: Estimated $1,780/week gross
- $20/hr taxable
- $805/week lodging per diem
- $195/week meals per diem
- OT: $30/hr after 40 hours
Local: Estimated $1,755/week gross
- $45/hr taxable
- OT: $67.50/hr after 40 hours
- No per diem
Weekly estimates are based on a 39-hour workweek. Additional hours are paid at the applicable overtime rate.
