- W-2 Hourly Rate: $15.75/hour
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $995/week

SHIFT & SCHEDULE:
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts (7:30 am – 5:30 pm, 5x8-hour shifts that fall within that timeframe.)
Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

First-time travelers are welcome.
Floating required – all FM/IM/Peds locations
Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify as non-local.
EMR: EPIC
A minimum of 1 year of LVN/LPN experience required
