Description
We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our clinical team. This position offers both day and night 12-hour shifts in a patient-focused environment where respiratory therapists play a key role in delivering high-quality care.
Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Equipment Experience
- Trilogy EVO Ventilators experience preferred.
Patient Population
Respiratory Therapists will provide care for patients requiring:
- Breathing treatments and inhaler therapy
- Ventilator management
- Tracheostomy care
- Airvo therapy
- CPAP therapy
- BiPAP therapy
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory treatments and inhalation therapies.
- Monitor and manage ventilator-dependent patients.
- Provide tracheostomy, Airvo, CPAP, and BiPAP support.
- Assess respiratory status and implement appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Respiratory Therapist license/certification.
- Experience with ventilator management and advanced respiratory therapies preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
