Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care to assigned patients.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor changes in clinical condition.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and healthcare team members regarding patient status, diagnostic results, and symptoms.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
• Perform general nursing duties and provide safe, quality patient care.
• Assume responsibility for the assigned patient population.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and work independently when required.
• Respond calmly and confidently during unexpected emergencies or crisis situations.
• Float to other departments/units as assigned based on facility needs.
• Adjust schedules as needed, including working required weekends and holidays.
• Follow all staffing, personnel, patient-safety, and service-excellence policies.
• Maintain all required nursing licenses and certifications.

Submission Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in each/combined areas: Emergency Department, ICU, and Med-Surg — Required
• Ohio RN License — Required
• BLS — Required
• ACLS — Required
• PALS — Required
• COVID vaccination card, if vaccinated — Required
