Description

Certified Surgical Technologist / Surgical Tech (CST / ST) – Day Shift

Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 07:00 – 15:30 | 40 Hours Per Week | Monday – Friday
- On-Call Protocol: On-call coverage strictly required. Every-other-week to every 3rd week (e/o 2–3) weekday call from 15:30 to 07:30, plus 48-hour weekend call every 2–3 weekends (07:30 Saturday to 07:30 Monday).
- Call Response Time: Must be able to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes from the time called in.
- Floating Protocol: Must be willing and able to float to appropriate perioperative/surgical units as needed.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Specialized Robotic Competency [HARDSTOP]: Direct, hands-on clinical experience operating and scrubbing with the da Vinci Surgical System (Robotics) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
Obstetric / Surgical Scope [HARDSTOP]: Proven direct clinical scrub experience in C-Section procedures strictly required [HARDSTOP].
Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of clinical Operating Room Surgical Technologist experience required [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — AHA ONLY) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist — NBSTSA) certification preferred.
