Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide respiratory care services during a temporary contract assignment. The selected professional will support patient care by delivering respiratory therapy services in accordance with established clinical standards and facility protocols.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients based on clinical needs and established care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' respiratory status.
• Perform respiratory treatments and procedures within the scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and facility policies.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patients' respiratory conditions.
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and effective communication with patients and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials.
• Appropriate state licensure/credentials as required for practice.
• Strong clinical assessment and respiratory care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
