Facility Name: Harris Regional

Floor: 1st
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
• Specialty: OR
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: 10hr shifts; Monday Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (with occasional call coverage to cover PTO days for the dedicated call RNs)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Weekend Hours: N/A

• Call Requirements: Yes; There is a designated call team, call would only be to cover their PTO days
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Years of Experience: 1 year + one travel assignment
• Float Requirements: N/A

• Number of Beds: 7 OR
• Patient Ratios: 1:1

• Equipment: Hana table, trauma table, enseal, myosure, novasure, kabtec, neoprobe
• EHR: Paragon

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: C-Sections, Ortho, General, Urology, GYN, ENT (peds & adult), Pain, Dental (peds), Active RN license
