Description

Seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to provide comprehensive nutrition care to residents. The Dietitian will conduct nutrition assessments, including NFPE, develop and monitor individualized nutrition care plans, provide counseling, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct resident nutrition assessments and NFPE.
Develop, implement, and follow up on individualized nutrition care plans.
Provide nutrition counseling to residents and families.
Collaborate with nursing, dietary services, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Monitor meal service, resident satisfaction, sanitation, and dining operations.
Attend care planning, weight/wound, and risk meetings as needed.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in medical records and nutrition software.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and facility standards.

Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required. Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field; Master's preferred. Acute-care hospital experience strongly preferred. Experience with critical care, enteral/parenteral nutrition preferred. EPIC experience highly preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
