Description
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to provide exceptional chairside support and patient care in a fast-paced dental clinic. The ideal candidate will assist with clinical procedures, radiographs, sterilization, patient education, and maintaining an efficient workflow while ensuring compliance with infection control standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Radiation Safety Certification
- CPR certification (required by hire date)
- Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records preferred
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations and be sensitive to Native/Indian cultural needs
Preferred:
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience (new graduates considered in exceptional circumstances)
Schedule:
- Must be available to work evenings and float.
