Role: RN ICU
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Shift: 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Pay: 2600$/Week
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions. The ideal candidate will monitor complex vital signs, administer specialized treatments, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Roles and Duties:
Continuous Monitoring: Closely observe patients' vital signs, neurological status, and hemodynamic parameters using advanced ICU technology.
Critical Interventions: Administer high-alert medications, manage mechanical ventilators, and operate specialized life-support equipment.
Patient Care & Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and respond rapidly to medical emergencies (e.g., code blues).
Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and specialists, while providing compassionate updates and support to patients' families
36 or 48 hour option
2 years of experience preferred
Unit accepts 1st time travelers
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
