Registered Nurse – Home Health

Location: Fairbanks, Alaska
Start Date: 10/12 or 10/26
Contract: 16 weeks
Shift: 8-hour Day Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Details:

Home Health RN position
Monday orientation; remaining schedule will be determined with the supervisor
Weekend: Required — approximately 1 weekend/month on-call coverage
On-Call: Mandatory
- Average 1 weekend/month
- 1–2 overnight on-call periods per week, approximately 4:30 PM–8:00 AM
Holiday: Rotating holiday coverage required
Floating: None
Transportation: Reliable transportation required
Mileage reimbursement provided

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience with CMS/OASIS Home Health programs
5+ years of Home Health experience preferred
New graduates not accepted
Active RN license required
Additional client-specific requirements may apply

Orientation: Monday, 8-hour day shift
