About the Job

The RN will be responsible for directing and coordinating patient care and providing clinical supervision of support staff.

Responsibilities include:
• Assessing patient health problems and needs
• Developing and implementing nursing care plans
• Maintaining accurate medical records
• Serving as a patient advocate
• Interpreting and following nursing and facility policies and procedures

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited college
• Current Indiana RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain behavioral intervention training
• Computer skills and ability to learn electronic medical record systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and apply medical and facility terminology
• Experience with MS Office and electronic patient records
• Knowledge of nursing policies, procedures, and patient care practices
