MED TELE UNIT MANAGER POSITION

• Shift: Days, they start very early and candidate must be highly flexible. 6:30am they get on a hand off call from the supervisors and managers.
• Guaranteed Hours: 37.50 hours. (Lunches are an hour and 30 minutes paid, 30 minutes unpaid).
• Start: ASAP – can start during an off-cycle orientation start.
• Length: 13 weeks
• Certs: AHA BLS, ACLS, 2-hour NIHSS. Any leadership certs would be a plus
• License: Must have active NY license at submittal
• Experience/Duties: Must have solid years of experience and have been a manager for some time. Need a very experienced candidate. The facility is in a transformation stage growth, so they need someone with good leadership skills, implement all the programs and initiatives they have, as well as the basic work and keeping staff engaged and patients safe.
Interviews we want done face-to-face so ideally someone in NY. May be able to look into a virtual interview. If there is a strong candidate that may not be able to do face-to-face, please still submit and they said we can discuss accommodations then.
They only have 1 orientation a month so it’s very important to help compliance with files. They have online modules to complete during orientation and only get paid/billed for up to 14 hours. Flu vacc is required. Copy of diploma is required during compliance.
