Description
Occupational Therapist – Inpatient
Rockford, Illinois
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 10/05/2026
Shift: Days | 8 Hours
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Travel Only – No Local Candidates
Radius: 50+ miles
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience
- Inpatient experience required
- Must be available for one weekend day every 4 weeks
- Flex day provided during the week
- Holiday Requirement: Must work one day on 12/25, 12/26, or 12/27
Must Have Requirements:
- Active Illinois OT License
- NBCOT OTR Certification
- 2+ years OT experience
- Inpatient experience
Assignment Details
- Work Week: Sunday–Saturday
- Shift times may vary based on facility needs
- Travel candidates only
- 40 hours/week expected and guaranteed
