Occupational Therapist – Inpatient

Rockford, Illinois

Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 10/05/2026
Shift: Days | 8 Hours
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Travel Only – No Local Candidates
Radius: 50+ miles

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience
Inpatient experience required
Must be available for one weekend day every 4 weeks
- Flex day provided during the week
Holiday Requirement: Must work one day on 12/25, 12/26, or 12/27

Must Have Requirements:

Active Illinois OT License
NBCOT OTR Certification
2+ years OT experience
Inpatient experience

Assignment Details

Work Week: Sunday–Saturday
Shift times may vary based on facility needs
Travel candidates only
40 hours/week expected and guaranteed
