HIGHLIGHTS:

• Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of ICU experience required.
• At least 1 travel contract completed.
• Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, WI RN
• Charting Experience Required: Epic required within the last 12 months

• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 10 bed unit

MORE INFORMATION:

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: 10/20
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
• Primary Location: Waukesha Memorial Hospital
• Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs; every other weekend and holiday
• Float Requirements: Will need to be able to float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago.
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
• Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
• Scrub Colors: Any
• Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies
• GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
• Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
• Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency.
• Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
