Job Title: Director of Care Coordination

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Care Coordination for a temporary contract opportunity.
MUST HAVE:
Previous leadership/administrative experience specifically in Care Coordination, Case Management, Utilization Management, or a closely related function.
Strong experience within an acute-care environment
Pay Bifurcation:
Taxable: $2568.00
Non-Taxable: $1827.00
Total Gross: $4395.20/week
