📍 Facility: Carlsbad Medical Center, NM
🕐 Shift: Days, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri + 1 Saturday/month

Job Details

Acute care OT role
Perform OT evaluations and treatments
Develop care plans and participate in care plan meetings
Participate in discharge planning
EMR: MedHost
Facility: 99 beds; 10 inpatient rehab beds; 15 swing beds
Holidays required
1:1 patient ratio

Requirements

1+ year experience
Acute Care OT experience required
BLS
New Mexico OT license
Fingerprints required for all NM travelers
48-hour guarantees not approved
Block scheduling not approved
