Facility Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 3x12 Nights (OT over 40) Weekends, holidays, and floating as needed
Must have previous travel experience

Welcome home! This 60-bed long-term care center including a 15-bed memory unit providing continuous care to those who need help maintaining their quality of life. Offering around-the-clock, compassionate care in a home-like environment where every resident is treated like family. The goal is to maintain the independence of the residents while ensuring their safety and enjoyment.

Housing (Important) No Pets: Facility does not reimburse housing costs. If housing is available and the traveler chooses to use facility-provided housing, they will be billed directly at the current monthly rate of $500 for most housing options or $650 for select apartments. Rates are subject to change and are agreed upon directly between the traveler and facility. Housing availability can be discussed during the interview process.

I've been a travel nurse for a long time and have worked with numerous agencies and recruiters throughout my career, but none compare to Jessica — she beats them all. I’ve had an outstanding experience working with my recruiter at JNP. She is highly sharp, and clearly knows her industry. She sets clear expectations upfront and pays close attention to detail, all while maintaining a genuinely kind and approachable manner. What I appreciate most is that she trusts me to do my job without micromanaging or constant check-ins — she does her part, I do mine, and together we get great results. I trust her completely and would highly recommend her to any travel nurse looking for a recruiter who is both competent and respectful of their autonomy.

Cons

My only ‘con’ is that I missed out on a holiday gift and a Nurses Week thank-you, simply because I’m notoriously slow to respond to emails — that one’s on me, not her!
