- Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing
Description
- Shift: Days: 3x12 hr shifts, 36 hrs/week; holiday rotation; required to float to all campuses
- Radius rule: no locals within 50 miles of said facility based on Driver License
- Employee Separation Policy:Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply
- HOLIDAY update:unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- EMR: EPIC
- Patient Ratios: Days: 1:4, Nights: 1:6
- No 1st time travelers accepted -- must have completed at least '1' travel contract within the previous 18 months
- WeekendDescription:every 4th weekend
- Certifications:BLS,ACLS (AHA)
