Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide safe, quality, and patient-centered nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN will monitor patients, administer medications and treatments within their scope of practice, assist with daily care needs, maintain clinical documentation, and communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to established care plans and clinical protocols.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, patient condition, and changes in health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as permitted by applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures within the scope of practice.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, mobility, nutrition, and personal hygiene.
• Collect and document patient information accurately in medical records/EHR systems.
• Report changes in patient condition promptly to the RN, physician, or appropriate healthcare professional.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and care coordination as required.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, basic health maintenance, and care instructions.
• Maintain infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, nursing assistants, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Ensure nursing supplies and equipment are appropriately maintained and available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing/LPN program.
• Current and valid LPN license in the applicable state/jurisdiction.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, if required by the organization.
• Additional certifications may be required depending on the clinical setting.

Experience

• Freshers: May be considered depending on organizational requirements.
• Experienced candidates: 1–3+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
