Travel ER RN – Wisconsin | Flexible Day/PMS Shifts Start: ASAP Contract: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week Shift Options: Mix of 8 & 12-hour shifts 7:00 AM–3:00 PM 7:00 AM–7:00 PM 3:00 PM–11:00 PM 11:00 AM–11:00 PM Rare night shifts Schedule: 4×8s OR 2×12s + 1×8 Weekend: Every other weekend (often every 3rd) Holiday: Every other holiday Experience: 3+ years ER required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC required License: Active WI or Compact RN Certifications: AHA or ARC accepted Charting: Epic preferred, not required Unit: 8-bed ED + additional clinical exam rooms Ratio: Up to 1:5 depending on acuity Float: Must be willing to float to Aspirus locations in Merrill, Wausau, Langlade & Stanley Call: None, but low-census standby may occur Scrubs: Any professional scrubs Local Rule: Must live outside 50 miles of Aspirus Medford 💬 Interested? Th recruiters are super nice and helpful.

Cons

Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
