Title: RN – Med/Surg
Location: Lafayette, CO 80026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights  3x12 | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM | 36 hrs/week

Requirements:

• 1+ year of RN experience
• Current RN license
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• English: Speak, Read & Write

Description:

• Provide independent nursing care and delegated medical functions according to accepted nursing practice standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect and assess ongoing health data to evaluate patient health status.
• Provide health teaching, counseling, therapy, and restorative treatment.
• Monitor and review patient treatment and therapy plans.
• Execute delegated medical functions and refer patients for additional evaluation or treatment when needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
• Utilize available resources to support effective patient care.
• May float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business needs.
• May be required to take on-call assignments during regularly scheduled shifts.
