Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly 

Orientation Pay: Please note that the pay schedule is bi-weekly and during the orientation, you will be paid 50% of your pay rate.                                             

Radius Rule: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify.
                                                                                                                                  

Position Overview:

Saint Francis Hospital & Medical Center is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care in a hospital setting. The therapist will support patients requiring respiratory treatments, monitoring, and related interventions while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Requirements
✓ Active Respiratory Therapist license appropriate for Connecticut
✓ Respiratory Therapy experience in a hospital/acute-care setting
✓ Strong knowledge of respiratory care procedures and equipment
✓ Ability to assess and monitor patients' respiratory status
✓ Experience providing respiratory treatments and supporting patients with respiratory needs
✓ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✓ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
✓ BLS and other required credentials per facility requirements
