• Shift: Nights, 1900-0700
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 – must be indicated on submission form

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Weekend Hours: As required by facility
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)

• Required Certifications: BLS from AHA only, NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start)

• Preferred Certifications: ACLS from AHA only
• Years of Experience: 1 year Cardiac Tele
• Float Requirements: will float on a rotational basis

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 31
• Patient Ratios: varies. Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:8 (estimates, not guarantees)
• Equipment: Alaris pumps, telemetry, lift equipment
• EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Cardiac Tele, inpatient only; Experience and competence in drug titration.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Cardiac
• Type of Patients on Unit: Cardiac/Med Surg
• Personality Fit: Determined, decisive, flexible

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: Black
• Any unacceptable attire: Torn clothes, open-toed shoes, not wearing scrubs

Auto Offer Guidelines:

• Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours - must be listed on submission form

• Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form

• RTO must be made up on the back end. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment.

• Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment
