Minimum 2 years RNFA experience
3 years scrub & circulate experience in an acute-care facility
Primary spine experience – Required
Orthopedic surgery experience – Required
Robotic surgery experience – Required
Approved RNFA didactic course – Required
CNOR – Required
Current CA RN license – Required
BLS & ACLS – Required
PALS – Preferred
Current Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) – Required
Annual surgeon review – Required
