RN GENERAL – CASE MANAGEMENT / UTILIZATION MANAGEMENT

Location: Roseville, CA
Start Date: 09/28/26
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hrs/week
Setting: Onsite

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of practice – Required
5–10 years of acute care and ancillary experience across multiple modalities
Strong communication and patient/member coaching skills
Experience guiding patients/members through their healthcare journey
Health plan experience in Utilization Management (UM) and Case Management preferred
BSN preferred
Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred
Experience with medical necessity review, utilization review, care planning, and discharge planning
